Living Life Together
At Life Church we believe that our faith is not just for a Sunday, but have an impact on our lives as a whole, and we want to journey together to help, encourage and challenge one another to grow more like Jesus every day. Life Groups are one of the main ways we do this. They are small groups who meet locally in homes and smaller contexts to explore faith and being a follower of Jesus in the everyday.
Many of our Life groups meet in different areas, involving Bible study, worship, prayer, discussion, outreach and much more, but one thing they all have in common is they’re a friendly space to support one another as we grow in our relationship with Christ.

Our Life Groups
Every Two Weeks
Writtle Life Group has been existing for many years meeting in various homes in the area.
We are a small group and meet once a fortnight on a Friday afternoon studying the bible, praying, discussion with DVD’s, and of course tea and coffee.
Every Two Weeks
We meet once every two weeks usually on Thursday afternoon from 2 pm, mostly seniors but all are welcome. A very friendly loving group, our aim is to love and serve each other, to study God’s word and to pray.
Our group keeps in contact regularly and supports each other in prayer.
Every Week
It’s good to be in a Life Group!
We all live in the Springfield & Chelmer Village part of the city.
We meet weekly: we explore the Bible together, pray, do social things and as we do, we get to know God, and each other better.
Our usual meeting date & time is Tuesday at 8.00pm or Wednesday at 8:00pm.
Every Two Weeks
Hi everyone! We get together every Tuesday in Great Baddow as a small Life Group to study the word, talk through devotional messages and shared experiences and encourage and pray for each other. Looking forward to meeting you!
Every Week
This is an informal and friendly group. Although our current group are 60 plus there is no age or gender bias. We pray, we read and explore the Bible, we share our good times and our sad times, but we laugh a lot too. We meet at 10 am at the Life Church building — on a Thursday!
Every Two Weeks
We are based in the Baddow area and we meet together fortnightly to study the Bible, pray and support each other through life’s everyday ups and downs.
Every Two Weeks
We are ‘Tea and chat’ a home ran lifegroup that’s explores the word of God and what it means for everyday life. We meet fortnightly on a Tuesday in Tile Kiln 8-9.30pm. Contact Randolph and Allie Wade for more info. All welcome.
Monthly
The 18-30s group is a space to encourage and support the young adults in that age group within the church. If that’s you (or someone you know) please say hi to David and Paula Abiona after church and join the WhatsApp group chat.
